Applicants have to qualify commissions of the State university "National Mining University"

� personally completed application to the rector of the University;

� document state of complete secondary education or educational (educational qualification) level, through which the introduction and appendix thereto (the original or a copy certified in the prescribed manner);

� originals or copies of certificates of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, under the terms of admission to universities in Ukraine, duly certified;

� medical certificate form number 086-O or certified copy;

� 6 color photos 3x4 cm;

� copy of the passport (first page);

� copy of ID card;

� excerpt from the work book (for those who have work experience).

Passport, military ID (registration certificate) presents himself

To obtain agreement for studies funded by entities or persons entrant must have a passport and tax identification number.
